FOOD PAIRING – PROCRASTINATION
Healthy dessert with stunning flavours
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 1 pineapple
- 250g of mascarpone
- 75g of sugar
- 1 green lemon
- 10cl of H.THEORIA Procrastination
- A few fresh rosemary strands
Cut the pineapple in 1cm squared dice.
Chop the rosemary.
Put the pineapple, some rosemary and the Procrastination liquor in a bowl.
Grate the green lemon peel and mix it with the mascarpone and sugar.
Serve the pineapple tartar with a few spoonfuls of marinade juice in a lovely bowl, with a generous spoonful of mascarpone and a rosemary strand.
