Umami Perfidia by Oscar Quagliarini

SIGNATURE COCKTAIL – PERFIDIE
Oscar Quagliarini had the will to beautify our Perfidy by emphacising some of its notes. Here is a light and fresh cocktail whose salted notes boost the taste of tomato!
- 2cl of H.THEORIA Perfidie liquor
- 4cl of PachinEat Merinda tomato water
- 4cl of Ginger beer
- A few drops of blood orange bitters
- Garnish : a cinnamon stick and a slice of dried green lemon
Pour the Perfidie liquor and tomato water in a shaker with some ice. Shake. Pour in a cocktail glass over crushed ice.
Complete with the ginger beer and a few drops of bitters.
Add the garnish.
